Keriya Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

Welcome to Keriya. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Keriya ("we", "us", "the platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the Keriya platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact Keriya support immediately.
• Keriya will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.

Keriya reserves the right to verify your identity at any point. Verification may require you to submit a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Keriya supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Keriya does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Keriya account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed on the withdrawal page. Keriya aims to process all withdrawal requests within minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been used to deposit into your account.

• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing.
• Keriya reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending fraud or security checks.

• Keriya does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds must come from a payment method registered in your own name.

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, and device.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds for the purpose of withdrawing them without genuine gaming activity.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Keriya staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access parts of the Keriya platform that are not intended for public access.

Keriya is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. The following tools are available to all Keriya players directly from their account settings:

Either you or Keriya may terminate your account at any time. The process and consequences differ depending on who initiates the termination:

Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your Keriya account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any remaining balance will be paid out to your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and there are no outstanding bonus wagering obligations.

Keriya-Initiated Suspension or Termination: Keriya reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Keriya's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Keriya is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
• Interruptions to the platform caused by technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits Keriya's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Keriya platform after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
